Neil
R.E. Carr,
a member of the firm, is a corporate and securities attorney focusing on corporate, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Mr. Carr advises public companies and broker-dealers in connection with private and public debt and equity offerings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, PIPE transactions, private placement, and venture capital financings. He advises public companies in connection with their SEC public reporting obligations, corporate governance and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Also, he advises public company audit, compensation, nomination, corporate governance, and other board committees.
Mr. Carr represents public and private companies in connection with corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, asset transactions, joint ventures, and international licensing arrangements.
Mr. Carr represents several U.K., European and Asian companies
doing business in the U.S. advising them on corporate and business matters.
Mr. Carr is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Mr. Carr received a law degree with honors from the University of Keele,
England, an LL.M. from The London School of Economics and Political
Science, and a law degree from The National Law Center, George
Washington University.
Mr. Carr is a member of the District of Columbia
Bar and a member of the American Bar Association's section on Business Law. Mr. Carr is A-V rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
