Customs
and International Trade Law Experience: Over 35 years experience
as an attorney with the U.S. Customs Bureau and Treasury Department,
Office of the General Counsel, in customs and international trade law
and customs litigation.
Honors: Received an award from the U.S. Trade Representative for contributions
to the negotiation of the NAFTA and several awards from Customs and the
Treasury for contributions in customs litigation and other customs and
international trade law matters. Author of An Introduction to U.S. Customs
Law (2004).
